I suspect there are many like myself who are intrinsically undisciplined, finding it hard to focus and concentrate. On the other hand, there are many who are over-disciplined, lost in uber strict exhausting demands. With the methods offered on these pages, it need not be a daunting task or take years to hone focus and concentration in order to attain the discipline to make a dent in our shape.
These general guidelines cover the concepts and vocabularies that teach us to become our own body whisperer. They instill an ease of movement to a workout, giving us a newfound sense of control over our body shape and body pain, calming fears that our body might get the better of us. Ultimately this new approach has an encouraging effect on our physical, mental, and hidden internal tenseness.
